If you’ve ever gone under the knife, you know there’s PAIN the days – and even weeks – after leaving the operating table.

And once your surgery is over, there’s a good chance your doc prescribes a high-powered painkiller to help you cope.

But these drugs come with side effects… and one at the top of the list for most of these drugs is the risk of ADDICTION.

Thanks to new research, there’s ANOTHER way to manage the pain following surgery.

The problem is, your doctor will likely scoff at it…

Despite years of proven research!

But if surgery is in your future, it’s something you may want to consider.

A new study by New York University researchers has found that a new pill containing CBD – the non-psychoactive ingredient found in marijuana – reduces post-surgery pain.

This study specifically looked at rotator cuff surgery – which is a doozy and not just reserved for baseball players.

They found that rotator cuff surgery recipients given CBD after surgery reported:

  • 23% less pain than folks given a placebo…
  • 25% more satisfaction with their pain control than patients given a placebo.

Pretty interesting… it not only made them FEEL better… they also preferred it to mainstream painkillers.

But here’s the problem:

CBD continues to be wrapped in a shroud of negativity because of its connection to marijuana.

But I can assure you that CBD is NOT marijuana (and the science proves it)!

CBD is derived from hemp in order to avoid the addition of larger amounts of THC – the psychoactive ingredient in marijuana.

And studies have found that CBD contains numerous health benefits like pain and anxiety relief, improved mood, and better sleep.

But many doctors simply won’t touch CBD with a 10-foot pole.

Again, if surgery is on your horizon – and you are looking for another way to help deal with post-op pain– there’s no harm in having a conversation with your doctor about using CBD.

To a pain-free surgery,
