Now, the subjects really dedicated themselves to the practice of acupuncture during the study… undergoing 30-minute sessions, a couple of times a week over the course of 8 weeks.

So, your individual results may vary… depending on how often you can go and for what length of time.

But because acupuncture is generally considered safe and effective… there’s not much risk in trying it from a certified practitioner. (I prefer visiting a medical acupuncturist rather than one of those clinics in Chinatown or Koreatown.)

And the needles are so tiny… you may not even be able to FEEL them.

Your acupuncturist may recommend combining your sessions with some herbs or other supplements to help MAXIMIZE your efforts.
