Most docs will tell you to take over-the-counter painkillers for your arthritis aches.

The new study finds this drug-free approach offers MORE relief and LESS pain than the steroid shots — and with BETTER long-term outcomes, too.

Over the course of a year, about 5% of the folks given steroid shots were not only STILL in pain… but were in SO MUCH PAIN that they ultimately needed surgery.

Care to guess how many of the PT patients needed surgery?

The only downside to PT is that while it’s less pain in the knees… it’s a BIGGER pain in the butt. You’ve gotta get up and go to the sessions… and ya gotta do the work at home to ensure your knees maintain their strength, flexibility, and range of motion.
