Friend, there’s something that impacts the urinary health of older gals — especially those of us who’ve gone through childbirth.

I’m talking about a type of LEAKAGE known as “stress incontinence.”

That’s when you “pee a little” after laughing… sneezing… coughing… or doing anything else that might stress your urethra (like exercise).

Doing those “Kegel exercises” (a.k.a. squeezing the muscles “down there”) will help you hold your pee in SOME cases…

But stress incontinence ISN’T always just about the pelvic floor muscles you can deliberately control.

Fortunately, there is a way to keep your underpants dry… and maybe even keep you OUT of those embarrassing “adult diapers” in the long run.

It’s NOT a drug.

It’s actually a way to use a bit of technology to your advantage – but you might need to feel a little ADVENTUROUS to try it!

Urinary incontinence could start with a little DAMPNESS in your panties… maybe even just a drop or two.

And if it goes untreated, it could lead to wearing pantiliners or pads LONG after you’ve gone through “the change.”

But studies have shown that women could REDUCE their usage of hygienic pads… LESSEN urinary leakage… and IMPROVE quality of life…

Simply by applying some vibration “down there.”

Now, I know you might be thinking something like, “I’m NOT that kind of girl.”

But don’t believe everything you see on TV. Because vibrators aren’t JUST for gals who simply “can’t get enough.”

There are serious medical uses for them!

According to a new review of studies by a research team out of Cedar-Sinai Medical Center, scientific findings show that stimulating the area around your lady parts helps TONE pelvic floor muscles – including smooth muscle, with you’ve got no conscious control over.

In one study, participants who used a vibrator weekly saw significant results after just 6 weeks.

And even better, the benefits PERSISTED even 3 months after they’d stopped their vibration therapy.

The theory behind using this type of stimulation isn’t new. In fact, published studies go back at least to the 1970s!

But some older gals may not be accustomed to paying much attention to their “down there” area…

Or seeking out vibrating devices to be used in that region!

Fortunately, you don’t need to go to a seedy adult book store to get one.

Although we’re likely a long way off from docs actually PRESCRIBING one of these devices… there are many legitimate retailers, especially online, that sell them.

Even Amazon!

Now, you’ll have to do a little comparison shopping to see what you might be comfortable with trying. I suspect that you’ll need a vibrator that could be used outside OR inside your pelvic area… and not something like a massage gun, which could only be used on the exterior of your body.

I’ve seen some electrical muscle stimulators specifically marketed for strengthening Kegel muscles…

But what works for you could be as simple as a small and discreet “pocket rocket”… which fits more in the “toy” category of vibrating devices.

Which brings me to my next point: Many women really enjoy the way the vibrators feel. They get A LOT of pleasure out of them.

So you might want to schedule a little “me time” when you try it… just to have some privacy while you see how you respond.

Meet the Health Sciences Institute

The Health Sciences Institute (HSI) is an independent organization established in 1998. We’re dedicated to uncovering and researching the most urgent advances in modern underground medicine. Things you WON’T hear about in the mainstream.

Whether they come from a laboratory in Malaysia, a clinic in South America, or a university in Germany, our goal is to bring the treatments that work directly to the people who need them. We alert our Members to exciting breakthroughs in medicine, show them exactly where to go to learn more, and help them understand how they and their families can benefit from these powerful discoveries.
