That’s the enzyme that helps LENGTHEN the little caps on the ends of our DNA strands, called telomeres.

But LONGER telomeres are associated with YOUNGER biological age… and a LONGER life!
Now, curcumin appears to have yet another trick up its sleeve when it comes to longevity…
