If you’re like me, you can handle CERTAIN signs of aging without your ego taking TOO big of a hit.

A few wrinkles here and there? They add character!

But when it comes to aging hair… well, THAT’S where I put my foot down!

So much of our confidence is tied to our hair…

Both when we’re young and ESPECIALLY as we age.

It’s not just watching the color DRAIN from our once-dark strands…

But sitting by helplessly while those strands BREAK OFF because of lack of hydration… or even damage.

Well, friend, you don’t have to sit there with your hands tied…

Because there’s something you can do to help MOISTURIZE your hair… and even REPAIR some of that damage.

It involves a sticky substance that comes out of an Amazonian “gum tree” – one that could help hold your head of hair together and help keep it from FALLING APART!

The Peruvian ‘hair healer’

Turns out, the tara tree (Tara spinosa) is the Peruvian secret to keeping hair from becoming DRY and BRITTLE…

Which is EXACTLY happens when we get OLDER!

The key is in the tree “gum”… which is extracted from tara tree seeds.

Tara gum is actually edible. The tara tree is closely related to the carob tree… which is used to make a chocolate substitute.

In fact, it’s sometimes added to foods to help stabilize them… and THICKEN packaged foods, such as ice cream… in both this country and in Europe.

Now, you know that I’m no fan of food additives… and believe that you should eat as much fresh food as possible… in its NATURAL state.

But we’ve seen LOTS of health benefits from gum-like tree extracts in the past…

And this is one that you’d only be using ON TOP of your hair… and not metabolizing through your digestive system.

In fact, the native tribes of Peru have used tara gum for other topical uses, including for wound care… and even gargling it for a sore throat.

When it comes to your hair, it could be EXTRA hydrating if you’ve found your smooth locks getting extra FRIZZY with age…

Or if your hair has been DAMAGED by… coloring or bleaching

heat, or

UV exposure.

And it could help moisturize your SCALP, too… keeping those “white flakes” at bay.

Now, it’s unlikely that you’ll find tara gum in its raw, isolated form…

And it’s NOT really recommended to use on its own if you’re not COMPLETELY familiar with it.

But you can find commercially available hair products with tara gum already added to their formulas…

Which might list it by its scientific synonym, Caesalpinia spinosa, on its label.

Meet the Health Sciences Institute

The Health Sciences Institute (HSI) is an independent organization established in 1998. We’re dedicated to uncovering and researching the most urgent advances in modern underground medicine. Things you WON’T hear about in the mainstream.

Whether they come from a laboratory in Malaysia, a clinic in South America, or a university in Germany, our goal is to bring the treatments that work directly to the people who need them. We alert our Members to exciting breakthroughs in medicine, show them exactly where to go to learn more, and help them understand how they and their families can benefit from these powerful discoveries.
