Friend, by now you’ve probably heard of someone who’s died of cancer – and it just seemed to come out of the blue.

They might’ve even looked perfectly normal… maybe even healthy… before succumbing to their disease.

But there’s no mistaking someone who’s got cancer… and is being TREATED for it by the mainstream.

You can spot them from A MILE AWAY.

Maybe they’ve lost their hair… or they’re pale and weak… or they’ve dwindled down to just skin and bones.

For too many folks undergoing cancer treatments, the telltale signs are all of the above.

And what you CAN’T see is that their immune systems are a wreck, too.

We’ve got to do BETTER by our cancer patients.

And if you ever find yourself in their shoes… and I pray you don’t… you’ll want to explore EVERY avenue to make sure you’re getting the best possible cancer care.

That may mean looking BEYOND our borders.

Here’s a natural immune support ingredient that’s practically UNHEARD OF in this country… but sure is making waves on the other side of the world…

Even when it comes to a kind of cancer that might feel like a DEATH SENTENCE.

No horsing around

The black hoof mushroom (Phellinus linteus) grows in the wild at the base of mulberry trees.

You can recognize it because of its hoof-like shape… and its bitter taste (although I wouldn’t recommend foraging for it yourself).

It’s a STAPLE of traditional Asian medicines in China… Japan… and Korea… especially when it comes to supporting healthy immune function.

The key appears to be its content of a special type of polysaccharide called beta-glucans.

Although it’s MADE UP of complex sugars, it’s NOT a sugar. It’s actually a type of soluble fiber.

Beta-glucans work in 2 key ways: BOOSTING the “attack mode” of your immune system to fight pathogens.

REGULATING your body’s disease-fighting processes to hold back some of its power.

Beta glucans help both TRIGGER and TRAIN macrophages – a.k.a. the “pathogen-eaters” that also STIMULATE the activity of other types of immune cells.

That includes your white blood cells, including natural killer cells (NK cells).

But instead of OVERACTIVIATING your immune system… this “mushroom fiber” makes sure immune cells only act as directed.

That’s not all…

Because research shows that black hoof mushroom could even help SUPPRESS the growth and spread of cancer!

In fact, Korea’s version of the FDA has approved black hoof mushroom as a mainstream treatment for pancreatic cancer patients.

And a 2019 in vivo study out of Korea shows why – because it helps improve outcomes in one of the WORST types of cancer you could get (with one of the most EGREGIOUS survival rates).

Other studies have shown how black hoof mushroom could help certain chemo treatments work BETTER.

Now, that should come as no surprise, given the PROVEN anti-cancer benefits of many medicinal mushrooms…

Like chaga… reishi… agaricus… and more.

Black hoof seems to be special among these cancer-fighting fungi… as it contains two antioxidant compounds that have shown extra-strong muscle against the disease.

I’m talking about hispolon and hispidin… both of which have shown promise as potential tools to help combat cancer.

Traditionally, Asians consume black hoof mushroom by brewing it into a tea.

In China, it’s known as “Song-Gen” or “Sang Huang”… in Japan, “Mesimakobu”… and in Korea, “SangHwang.”

In this country, you can find black hoof extract capsules and powders, ideally standardized to a minimum percentage of beta-glucan.

Meet the Health Sciences Institute

The Health Sciences Institute (HSI) is an independent organization established in 1998. We’re dedicated to uncovering and researching the most urgent advances in modern underground medicine. Things you WON’T hear about in the mainstream.

Whether they come from a laboratory in Malaysia, a clinic in South America, or a university in Germany, our goal is to bring the treatments that work directly to the people who need them. We alert our Members to exciting breakthroughs in medicine, show them exactly where to go to learn more, and help them understand how they and their families can benefit from these powerful discoveries.
