Friend, I know you’re worried about that holiday weight.

And like clockwork, you’re getting AMBUSHED by headlines and advertisements telling you how to make your New Year’s resolutions REALLY stick in 2022.

It happens every year.

And maybe in past years, you’ve felt like a FAILURE when you couldn’t shed those extra pounds… no matter how HARD you tried.

Maybe you even just stopped trying.

It’s not your fault.

You’ve got to wade through the DELUGE of bad weight-loss advice that comes around every January!

Well, I’m here to help separate the wheat from the chaff…

Especially when it comes to one of the most talked-about supplements out there.

The skinny on a fat-blocking acid

Garcinia cambogiais a tropical fruit from India that’s gotten a lot of attention in the weight-loss world…

And you might be wondering whether you should try it.

Here’s the “skinny” on this fruit trick… and why it appears to work on some folks.

Its key ingredient is hydroxycitric acid, found in the fruit’s rind. HCA is actually related to citric acid, found in your garden-variety citrus fruits.

It INHIBITS an enzyme that your body uses to produce fat… which is why garcinia is sometimes referred to as a “fat blocker.”

In one clinical trial out of Japan, taking garcinia extract was associated with SHRINKING belly fat in both guys and gals over the course of just 3 months.

Even better, the fat DIDN’T return to their middles after they stopped taking the garcinia!

That’s not all.

In some folks, garcinia also helps SUPPRESS their appetites. And animal studies have shown subjects eating LESS food after consuming garcinia (or HCA).

But in humans, garcinia may not be enough on its own.

Research shows that if you want to lose weight while taking garcinia, you also need to be following a low-fat diet.

And some studies show that garcinia extract supplements work best when COMBINED with other nutritional approaches to weight loss….

Like Gymnema sylvestre… chromium… or glucomannan.

Note that garcinia may be listed in the ingredients by its scientific synonym, Garcinia gummi-guta, or by its Ayurvedic name, Vrikshamla.
Now, whichever garcinia product you decide to try… make sure it’s from a quality maker you trust.

There are UNSCRUPULOUS companies out there that may try to CAPITALIZE on the hype surrounding garcinia…

And may offer products with INFERIOR ingredients that don’t have a PROVEN safety record.

But even the HIGHEST quality products may not necessarily be safe for YOU to try…

So, check with your doc before starting any new supplement routine.
