If there’s ANY aspect of the way we look as we get older that’s tied in with our confidence

It’s our hair.

Older guys want to make sure they’ve got enough “up top” for gals to run their fingers through…

And older gals want to keep their locks LONG and LUSCIOUS… and for as long as possible!

But hair loss can STRIKE aging men and women…

And you might THINK it’s because you’ve got “bad genes”… or just bad luck.

It’s true that genetics do have SOME influence over what your hair looks like in your later years

But “going bald” isn’t necessarily OUT of your control.

Here’s something that could help keep thinning hair from disappearing entirely.

A ‘chrome dome’ cure?

You may have heard of saw palmetto (Serenoa repens) as a natural prostate health hero.

But it’s NOT just for your “down there” problems!

In fact, Native Americans once used the purple berries from the saw palmetto fan palm for headachesrespiratory issues… and more.

And the main mechanism behind saw palmetto’s ability to support a healthy prostate is also what makes it a great option for battling hair loss.

You see, it INHIBITS the enzyme that converts testosterone into DHT — 5-alpha reductase.

As I’ve shared with you before, too much DHT actually can make you LOSE hair (and can contribute to prostate enlargement).

Hair follicles are particularly sensitive to DHT… and can SHRINK in its presence.

SHRUNKEN follicles can’t produce as much NEW hair growth… and could even cause hair to DIE and FALL OUT more quickly.

This process works in both men AND women

And could be IDEAL for women, as it doesn’t increase levels of testosterone beyond the small amounts they ALREADY have.

This is also the same way one of Big Pharma’s “hair restoration” drugs works!

Now, that’s the THEORY behind why saw palmetto COULD work…

But what you REALLY care about is what saw palmetto has done for REAL people!

According to a 2020 meta-analysis, saw palmetto consumption in studies has been associated with…

  • 60% improvement in overall hair quality
  • 27% improvement in total number of hairs
  • 83.3% of participants experiencing increased hair density, and
  • 52% of participants experiencing hair loss that SLOWED or STOPPED.

And a 2012 study found that saw palmetto works best in the typical “bald spot” region at the crown of the head – an area of hair loss that can strike both guys and gals!

A clinically studied dosage of saw palmetto supplements is 160 mg, taken twice daily.

You can combine saw palmetto supplements with nettlepygeum… and/or beta-sitosterol (which saw palmetto actually contains) for even lovelier locks.

Some studies even show that using saw palmetto topically… like in shampoos and hair serums… could help ENHANCE hair growth!

And that’s a great starter option for anyone who’s worried about side effects or drug interactions… or who’s just tired of swallowing pills!
