Your heart is POUNDING… your head is SPINNING

And you’re BREAKING OUT into a sweat.

You feel like you’re UNDER ATTACK by some UNSEEN force.

The culprit?

No, it’s not a shark… or Jack the Ripper.

It’s anxiety!

This mood disorder can WREAK HAVOC on your health and mental wellbeing…

But Big Pharma’s “mood meds” can sometimes CAUSE the same anxiety they’re trying to ERASE!

And other side effects include suicidal thoughtssexual dysfunctionheart rhythm issues… and more.

There’s GOT to be a better way.

And the latest research shows one way that some folks with anxiety might be able to DITCH their prescriptions… and weather the storm…

With ZERO risk of those adverse events!

Don’t TRADE your health for tranquility

You’ve read right here in eAlert how a plant-based, steroid-like substance called beta-sitosterol can help guys with prostate problems.

It’s the “secret weapon” behind how ingredients like nettle root and African wild potato could support prostate health.

But as it turns out, beta-sitosterol isn’t just a “male” supplement

And it could work on your MIND as well as your BODY!

A recent study out of Israel revealed how beta-sitosterol REDUCED anxiety in mice

And it worked by MIMICKING a particular gene expression that helps induce a sense of calmness.

Here’s the most exciting part…

The animal subjects in the study experienced NONE of the negative side effects usually associated with anxiety meds!

Now, we don’t know exactly how real people will respond in clinical trials…

But the HOPE is that beta-sitosterol might help some folks REDUCE their dosage of Rx mood pills.

In the study, beta-sitosterol helped BANISH anxiety when combined with a subclinical dosage of a common SSRI.

Here’s what made me really sit up and take notice…

Beta-sitosterol also worked as a standalone anti-anxiety intervention!

Which tells me that maybe SOME folks could SKIP the pharmaceutical pills altogether… and STILL achieve that “calmness” they’re looking for.

Now, beta-sitosterol is safe for most folks to take – unless you’ve got a genetic disorder called phytosterolemia, which causes plant sterols to build up in your body.

It’s not recommended that you combine plant sterols with cholesterol-lowering drugs like statins.

But if your doc says you’re in the clear… you can look for beta-sitosterol in capsule form at your local health food store or online.

It may be shelved under “men’s health” or cardiovascular support.

There’s no set dosage for its anti-anxiety effects at this point… but you could try starting out low and working your way up.

To calming the stormy seas,
Sarah Reagan
