Stick to THIS schedule to grow new ‘memory cells’
Friend, Big Pharma wants you to think you’ve got to take a pill for just about every health concern.
But that’s just not true…
Especially when it comes to your memory.
In fact, you could have a mind like a STEEL TRAP… well into your “golden years”…
By simply TWEAKING the way you eat!
Here’s the “diet hack” that could keep your precious memories under LOCK AND KEY.
Will fasting FEED your brain?
By now, you’ve surely heard about how intermittent fasting could help KICKSTART your efforts to lose weight…
But the latest research out of London shows how this special style of eating could also help you maintain a FIRM GRIP on your precious memories!
In a recently published study, researchers found that feeding mice every other day helped IMPROVE long-term memory retention…
And the reason my surprise you.
Intermittent fasting helped the mice GROW new brain cells!
Specifically, new neurons formed in the hippocampus – or the “memory center” of the brain.
The production of new neurons typically DROPS OFF with age… in both mice AND people.
That’s one of the reasons why our brains SHRINK as we get older.
But if intermittent fasting could help STAVE OFF that “shrinkage”…
It stands to reason that it could help BEAT BACK memory loss!
Now, going an entire day without eating may not sound very appealing…
But fortunately, there are many different schedules you can follow that include shorter stretches of fasting – like 16 hours, half of which occurs overnight while you sleep.
So, you might stop eating at 7 o’clock at night… sleep from 11 to 7 in the morning… and then start eating again at 11 a.m.
Other plans allow you to eat a little while you’re “fasting” – say, 500 calories – to help get you through.
Friend, intermittent fasting isn’t for everybody… and only your doc can tell you whether it’s safe for you to try.
Fortunately, research has shown that RESTRICTING calorie intake could improve memory… even in older folks…
And that consuming too much sugar could IMPAIR your memory… and even SHRINK your brain!
So you can make other small changes to how you eat… without necessarily SKIPPING eating altogether… and still help SHORE UP your memory.
To keeping brain shrinkage at bay,

P.S. You can help memories take root… and actually replace OLD brain cells with NEW ones… with a “flower root” from Asia. It’s a closely-guarded secret of Buddhist monks… but you can learn about it right here.
