VANQUISH arthritis pain with this ‘fatty’ fruit from Iran
Your joints are ACHING… your entire body feels STIFF… and you can BARELY get out of bed in the morning.
Friend, that’s no way to live.
If this has become a regular part of your DAILY routine… it’s time to do something about it.
Arthritis strikes seniors in many different forms and in many different ways…
But what they all share in common is pain from inflammation.
To get some relief, you need an anti-inflammatory… but not just any ol’ pill.
I’m talking about one that will send pain PACKING… WITHOUT the risk of side effects.
Sound too good to be true?
Well, that’s what a conventional doc in this country might say…
But elsewhere in the world, it’s a reality!
Here’s a Middle Eastern “fruit trick” that I guarantee you’ve NEVER heard of… but has SOLID evidence backing up its traditional use!
An ‘oil can’ for your rusty joints?
Russian olive (Elaeagnus angustifolia) isn’t a TRUE olive tree…
But they LOOK so similar to one another… you might be hard-pressed to tell the difference if you came upon a grove of them!
The Russian olive tree grows wild along rivers in Russia…
And its medicinal use extends all the way out to Iran.
Iranians TREASURE the fruits for their ability to BANISH joint pain — even the kind associated with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and osteoarthritis (OA)!
In fact, a 2016 study out of Iran found that this folk remedy eased MULTIPLE pain factors in knee OA patients – JUST AS WELL as ibuprofen!
A 2017 study CONFIRMED those findings… both with Russian olive on its own and combined with frankincense.
The only difference?
Russian olive DIDN’T spike the risk of side effects normally associated with NSAID (and COX-2 inhibitor) use…
Despite the fact that it works in MUCH the same way!
It provides relief through its powerful anti-inflammatory action…
Which BLOCKS such inflammatory markers as COX-1 and COX-2… TNF-alpha… and interleukin-1 beta.
Researchers have suggested that it’s the fatty acid content in the Russian olive that POWERS its pain-relieving properties.
We’re talking about oleic acid and linoleic acid…
Both of which are unusual to find in any significant quantity in a fruit.
But that’s not all that Russian olive has going for it…
Because it also contains an antioxidant compound called kaempferol… which has shown to INHIBIT arthritis on its own.
If you don’t have access to a traditional Iranian folk medicine practitioner, you can find either fresh or dried Russian olives at Middle Eastern specialty markets.
It’s sometimes also called “silver berry”… and it’s referred to as “senjit” in Persian ceremonies and celebrations.
Fortunately, you can also find kaempferol in supplement form on its own and as part of an antioxidant formula.
And one of the best sources of oleic acid is avocado oil… also available as a capsule.
To not choosing between the lesser of two evils,
