When you were younger, staying up all night was a sign of youthful abandon.

But as you age… and actually WANT to go to bed at a decent hour…

It can feel like good sleep has ABANDONED you!

You already know how restful sleep is CRUCIAL for keeping your mood and immune response up to snuff.

Sleep deprivation has been linked to IMPAIRED cognitive ability, too…

And Dr. Spreen has shared with you how interrupted sleep… like in patients with sleep apnea… can lead to bedroom issues.

Well, if you haven’t been getting the kind of quality sleep you’re looking for… there’s another health concern that you need to know about…

One that could be FATAL.

But I won’t leave you hanging… because I’ve got some natural ways to IMPROVE your sleep quality, too!

Don’t sleep on this ‘silent killer’

By now, you’ve heard plenty about the dangers of stiff, hardened arteries

Like how they can lead to atherosclerosis, a key cause of heart disease that’s known as a “silent killer.”

I wouldn’t be surprised if your doc has been nagging you about your cholesterol numbers… and how to bring them down for the sake of your artery health.

But here’s what he might be IGNORING…

Scientists are pointing the finger at SLEEP LOSS as a culprit behind clogged arteries!

Just last year, sleep experts at UC Berkeley looked at fragmented sleep… the kind that has you tossing and turning all night… or waking up and not falling back asleep.

They found that sleep disruption can IGNITE inflammation… which can lead to the early stages of development of potentially deadly atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease.

In fact, in an earlier study, researchers were able to TRIGGER clinical signs of the earliest stage of atherosclerosis in rats… simply by DEPRIVING them of sleep!

The problem is that most folks don’t discover any problems with their arteries until they’re ALREADY narrow… and blood is NO LONGER flowing freely to their heart, brain, and vital organs.

But it turns out that the wheels could’ve been set in motion LONG before that

Because sleep disturbances can actually PREDICT higher calcium levels in the coronary artery – a red flag for coronary artery disease!

Fortunately, there’s a way to INTERVENE… before you’re in the crosshairs for a stroke!

Supplementing with melatonin can help regulate your sleep cycles – but not all melatonin supplements were created equal.

Sublingual tablets work quickly and help you FALL asleep initially… but can wear off.

If you have a hard time STAYING asleep, look for longer-lasting versions labeled as “time release”… “extended release”… “controlled release”… or “delayed release” (and so on).

You can also BANISH sleep interruptions with the adaptogenic herb known as ashwagandha.

To sleeping through the night,

Melissa Young

Meet the Health Sciences Institute

The Health Sciences Institute (HSI) is an independent organization established in 1998. We’re dedicated to uncovering and researching the most urgent advances in modern underground medicine. Things you WON’T hear about in the mainstream.

Whether they come from a laboratory in Malaysia, a clinic in South America, or a university in Germany, our goal is to bring the treatments that work directly to the people who need them. We alert our Members to exciting breakthroughs in medicine, show them exactly where to go to learn more, and help them understand how they and their families can benefit from these powerful discoveries.
