Life is full of these sick little ironies – and they might even be funny, if they weren’t TORTURING you.

Ladies, if you’ve suffered through menopause, you know EXACTLY what I mean.

As soon as you don’t have to worry about getting pregnant… because you’ve gone through “the change”… you no longer have the FAINTEST desire to “do it”!

And the more you SUFFER from the scorching heat of hot flashes and night sweats

The more you give your husband the “cold shoulder” when he gives you “that look.”

Your estrogen levels have taken a nosedive…

And your anxiety is through the roof.

You probably can’t remember the last time you got a good night’s sleep – and it’s NOT because you were up all night doing anything ELSE in that bed of yours.

These should be the best years of your life… free of worries and full of desire.

And they can be.

That is, if you’ve got 5 minutes to spare.

The 5-minute, 5-day plan to menopause relief

You may have never tasted bitter orange (Citrus aurantium)… and you probably WON’T find it at your local citrus stand.

But here’s why you should get to know it – especially if you’re an older gal.

Bitter orange blossoms are the source of neroli oil… named after Madame des Ursins, Princess of Nerola, who popularized the scent as a perfume in 17th-century Italy.

Neroli is also a soothing and calming essential oil that you can use topically and in aromatherapy.

And in post-menopausal women, it’s been shown to act as a potent aphrodisiac.

According to a 2014 study, inhaling neroli oil twice daily for just 5 minutes helped significantly ENHANCE libido.

Not only that, but other menopausal symptoms were RELIEVED, too – like hot flashes, mood disturbances, and more.

The results were STUNNING after only 5 days of following this routine.

Even better, the ladies in the study also experienced even more physical improvements, like in dryness “down there” and even blood pressure.

No wonder their quality of life scores were DRAMATICALLY better!

A 2013 study showed how an essential oil blend containing neroli oil helped heart patients BREEZE through the ICU with reduced anxiety and better sleep.

And that’s really saying something!

Exactly how does neroli oil work? Well, that’s still a bit of a mystery.

But it seems to trigger some changes in the endocrine system… specifically in brain chemicals (a.k.a. neurotransmitters) that regulate stress response and even body temperature.

You’ll find steam-distilled neroli oil already blended and ready to use at your local health food store or online, though it may be labeled “Seville orange” or “sour orange.”

If you’re applying 100% essential oil directly on your skin, you should always dilute it with a carrier oil… like coconut or jojoba.

In either case, neroli oil has NOT been shown to exhibit phototoxicity (or skin sensitivity to UV rays from the sun)… but always perform a patch test first.

Try inhaling the aroma via an oil diffuser — just don’t ingest it.
