If your BP numbers and heart rate are ALREADY healthy… you’ll do anything you can to KEEP them that way.

But if you’re thinking about how to do BETTER by your cardiovascular health…

Especially if your blood vessels are WEAK… or your blood vessel valves are DAMAGED

Your blood flow may be SUFFERING.

And that means your tissues could be DEPRIVED of that crucial, life-giving blood that they need to stay healthy and strong!

But you can ENHANCE your circulation… and SUPPORT your heart health… thanks to a secret discovered in France over 70 years ago.

It has to do with a tiny ingredient that’s THROWN AWAY during the process of making your favorite bottle of Bordeaux or Cab…

And what it is may SURPRISE you!

Wine waste is a heart health warrior

Since Ancient Greece, folks have treasured grapes (Vitis vinifera) for their medicinal benefits.

Now, you may have heard about the “French paradox”… which scientists have attributed to nutrients in the skins of red grapes that are turned into wine.

But there’s an UNDERAPPRECIATED part of this vineyard fruit… one that you WON’T find in your favorite varietal…

And it could be the blood flow hero you’re looking for!

I’m talking about the seeds of grapes, a.k.a. grapeseed.

In 1947, French plant expert Jack Masquelier discovered how to extract active compounds from grapeseed – ones that could benefit vessel health all the way down to the TINIEST capillaries in the human body.

And grapeseed extract has been EXTENSIVELY studied over the last 7 decades.

The most important one turns out to be a type of flavonoid called oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPCs).

OPCs are notorious as potent free-radical scavengers, giving grapeseed extract the antioxidant power to benefit NUMEROUS kinds of tissues in your body.

Especially your vessels.

According to research, OPCs can help improve…

  • blood pressure, by increasing nitric oxide (NO) production
  • blood vessel strength, by inhibiting enzymes that break down collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid, and
  • circulation, especially in the extremities, by widening blood vessels and making them more relaxed and flexible.

The result?

According to a meta-analysis out of Yale, grapeseed extract significantly lowers 2 vital stats in humans:

  1. systolic blood pressure (the “top” number) and
  2. heart rate.

You can find Masquelier’s Original OPCs (a.k.a. Anthogenol) in supplement form under its own brand name or as an ingredient in formulas by quality makers.

For OPTIMAL bioavailability… that is, to get a form that your body can most easily use… look for smaller size OPCs.

Recommended dosages range from 100 to 300 mg daily – although up to 600 mg daily has shown to be safe for most folks to take.

Because OPCs can thin your blood, beware of combining them with aspirin therapy or blood-thinning prescription meds.

And for an even more PROFOUND effect, combine it with the heart-healthy compound found in grape skins – resveratrol.

Look for a supplement that contains a standardized percentage of trans-resveratrol.

To letting your blood flow,

Melissa Young

Meet the Health Sciences Institute

The Health Sciences Institute (HSI) is an independent organization established in 1998. We’re dedicated to uncovering and researching the most urgent advances in modern underground medicine. Things you WON’T hear about in the mainstream.

Whether they come from a laboratory in Malaysia, a clinic in South America, or a university in Germany, our goal is to bring the treatments that work directly to the people who need them. We alert our Members to exciting breakthroughs in medicine, show them exactly where to go to learn more, and help them understand how they and their families can benefit from these powerful discoveries.
