Dear Reader,

If you’ve ever lost your mind while taking antibiotics… or watched it happen to someone else… it wasn’t necessarily the result of the infection.

According to an URGENT new warning issued by the FDA, it could’ve been the MEDS!

The feds say that an entire class of popular antibiotics can cause you to flip out, but don’t worry – because the agency is taking SWIFT ACTION to protect you, your family, and your loved ones from the major risks.

And it’s only taken them… 20 years!

Yes, patients have suffered from these risks and side effects for TWO FULL DECADES – and the suits have only decided to warn you about them NOW.

Ain’t that sweet?

They drugs are called fluoroquinolones, but you know them better as levofloxacin (a.k.a. Levaquin), ciprofloxacin (Cipro), moxifloxacin (Avelox), ofloxacin (Floxin/Ocuflox), gemifloxacin (Factive), and delafloxacin (Baxdela), plus some five dozen generic versions on the market right now.

And if you take them, as many folks do, you could end up disoriented… agitated… nervous… and more.

In some cases, you could suffer memory loss or even delirium, a frightening condition where you pretty much lose all grip on reality.

But believe it or not, that’s only the first half of the warning. This one’s a twofer.

The second half warns that if you take these meds, your blood sugar could plunge so low that you could fall… into a coma!

It’s practically a crime that all of this info is only being discovered now – decades after these drugs were approved – by supposedly the “most advanced” medical technology anywhere.

But while the warning may have only come out now… bet your bottom dollar that the feds known about these risks for longer.

They’ve known for AGES that these drugs are POISON — and they DIDN’T tell you!

There’s a simple reason why.

Meds are most profitable in the years after their initial approval because of their patent protection.

Because of that profit incentive, drug companies will fight tooth and nail to cover up the risks.

The process of discovering risks is often at the whim of drug companies, since they fund many of the post-market studies. And they make sure it gets bogged down and even grinds to a halt… until they’ve raked in the majority of the cash.

We often worry about the unknown dangers of “new” drugs, but this latest FDA bulletin is a reminder that the “old” ones can be JUST as bad, if not WORSE.

Just because a med’s been around for a couple of decades, that DOESN’T make it safe. Not by a long shot.

In the case of fluoroquinolone antibiotics, the problems will often reverse if you get off the drugs and onto something safer — but only if you act fast.

If something EVER “seems” or “feels” wrong… and you’ve been given a script for one of these drugs for, say, a respiratory or urinary tract infection, raise a stink until you get the attention you deserve.

And don’t let ’em convince you that you’re too “out of it” to know what’s what.

In Your Corner,

Dr. Allan Spreen

Meet the Health Sciences Institute

The Health Sciences Institute (HSI) is an independent organization established in 1998. We’re dedicated to uncovering and researching the most urgent advances in modern underground medicine. Things you WON’T hear about in the mainstream.

Whether they come from a laboratory in Malaysia, a clinic in South America, or a university in Germany, our goal is to bring the treatments that work directly to the people who need them. We alert our Members to exciting breakthroughs in medicine, show them exactly where to go to learn more, and help them understand how they and their families can benefit from these powerful discoveries.
