Vitamin breakthrough slows your organs’ aging to a crawl
Let’s face it – looking and feeling our age isn’t always a whole lot of fun.
There’s nothing more frustrating than waking up with a new wrinkle or pain that wasn’t there the day before.
But some of these visible signs of aging are nothing compared to what’s going on inside our bodies. Years of damage can build up in our hearts, livers, brains and more – and lots of times we don’t know until it’s too late.
But now researchers out of Switzerland say they’ve discovered a simple, natural cure that may slow the aging of our organs to a crawl.
And this isn’t some futuristic breakthrough that won’t be available for 20 years. In fact, you can start taking advantage of it today.
It feels like something out of The Six Million Dollar Man – you know, where scientists rebuilt Lee Majors with all new parts.
But it may be a lot closer to reality than we ever realized.
Just yesterday I told you how scientists were running a study all across America that plans to pump seniors full of the diabetes drug metformin to see if it helps them live longer. That’s despite the fact that metformin has been linked to a laundry list of side effects – some that can even kill you.
But now researchers from a top university in Switzerland have proven that beating Father Time doesn’t have to be so difficult – or dangerous.
These scientists gave a group of mice a daily dose of nicotinamide riboside (NR), which is a type of vitamin B3. And these mice weren’t spring chickens, either – they were 700 days old, which is about equivalent to people in their 70s.
And the mice who got NR didn’t just live much longer – their organs actually started to regenerate themselves.
The NR seemed to jumpstart the stem cells in the mice, helping them produce new, healthy cells throughout their organs.
Even better? There were absolutely no side effects. Let’s see metformin do that.
And while the mainstream is going to be quick to write off any study on mice (unless, of course, it’s a prescription drug getting the results), the fact is that NR has been studied for years.
We know from previous research that NR helps protect our aging brains and our cells’ mitochrondria, which produce energy.
Better still, because of all the science behind it, you can pick up NR as a supplement or in lots of different anti-aging formulations right now.
Giving NR a try may be well worth your time. Because aging well begins from the inside out – and this simple vitamin remedy may be a good place to start.
