If you’re in the mood for a Christmas sing-along, the last place you might think to look is the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

And yet, there it is… “The 12 Ways to Health Holiday Song” on the CDC website. You can sing it yourself (to the tune of “The 12 Days of Christmas,” of course), or click on a link to sing along with a recorded version.

As for the lyrics…well, no one will mistake them for Bruce Springsteen. But then, even Bruce might have trouble making these lyrics sing.

Here’s a sample… “The first way to health, said the CDC to me, wash hands to be safe and healthy.”

Other tips… Bundle up for warmth. Manage stress. Be smoke free. Get your vaccinations. (Of course!)

My favorite is “prepare dinner safely.” Right… Don’t pretend to be a Benihana chef with butcher knives.

If your curiosity is getting the best of you, you can find this odd sing-along at this link. But don’t blame me if it causes an all-day earworm.

Meet the Health Sciences Institute

The Health Sciences Institute (HSI) is an independent organization established in 1998. We’re dedicated to uncovering and researching the most urgent advances in modern underground medicine. Things you WON’T hear about in the mainstream.

Whether they come from a laboratory in Malaysia, a clinic in South America, or a university in Germany, our goal is to bring the treatments that work directly to the people who need them. We alert our Members to exciting breakthroughs in medicine, show them exactly where to go to learn more, and help them understand how they and their families can benefit from these powerful discoveries.
