Apparently you can get just about anything in San Francisco.

But that’s not necessarily a good thing.

While in was in San Francisco recently, I happened to see this sign on the sidewalk outside a local store:

Flu Shots

Shingle Shot

Pneumonia Shot

(TDAP) whooping cough

Hepatitis Shots

Meningitis Shot

Gardasil Shot

Available at Pharmacy

No Appointment Necessary

I’m sure it was technically a drugstore but it looked pretty scary. I have to be honest…it looked more like the kind of place where you’d CATCH a few of those things rather than cure them.

What’s next? Vaccines at tattoo parlors?
