While the dust is settling over the new day for statins, there’s an easier and much safer way to take care of your heart.

In a new study, some big brains at Harvard crunched the results of several magnesium studies.

Here’s what they found…

Just 250 mg of magnesium daily cuts your risk of fatal ischemic heart disease by nearly 30 percent.

And even a modest boost of your blood level of magnesium dramatically reduces cardiovascular disease risk.

Unlike statins, no side effects have been linked to magnesium use. Well…unless you count “reduced cancer risk” and “better blood sugar control” as side effects.

Meet the Health Sciences Institute

The Health Sciences Institute (HSI) is an independent organization established in 1998. We’re dedicated to uncovering and researching the most urgent advances in modern underground medicine. Things you WON’T hear about in the mainstream.

Whether they come from a laboratory in Malaysia, a clinic in South America, or a university in Germany, our goal is to bring the treatments that work directly to the people who need them. We alert our Members to exciting breakthroughs in medicine, show them exactly where to go to learn more, and help them understand how they and their families can benefit from these powerful discoveries.
