When it comes to keeping the blood flowing smoothly to your brain, you can do it the hard way, or you can do it the easy way.

Yesterday, I told you about the two ways that qualify as hard.

In one, a surgeon opens the carotid artery and removes blockage. In the other way, the surgeon inserts a stent.

Both methods require surgery. Both reduce stroke risk by a small margin. But there’s a higher stroke risk during the procedures, and dangers for months afterwards.

Now… Here’s the easy way. Take vitamin E. But not just any vitamin E.

Vitamin E has four tocopherol forms (alpha, beta, gamma, and delta). And E also has four tocotrienol forms (alpha, beta, gamma, and delta).

In a study of 50 patients with carotid artery blockage, tocotrienols provided huge benefits.

In 18 months, 240 mg of palm oil tocotrienols daily REVERSED plaque buildup in many of the patients. In others, plaque buildup was halted. There were no improvements in the placebo group.

Isn’t it great when the easy way IS the best way?

Meet the Health Sciences Institute

The Health Sciences Institute (HSI) is an independent organization established in 1998. We’re dedicated to uncovering and researching the most urgent advances in modern underground medicine. Things you WON’T hear about in the mainstream.

Whether they come from a laboratory in Malaysia, a clinic in South America, or a university in Germany, our goal is to bring the treatments that work directly to the people who need them. We alert our Members to exciting breakthroughs in medicine, show them exactly where to go to learn more, and help them understand how they and their families can benefit from these powerful discoveries.
