Even in Las Vegas, casinos would be embarrassed by these odds…

According to a UCLA analysis, the shingles vaccine prevents shingles in only one out of every 175 people who receive it.

So at about $200 per shot, that means patients (or rather, their insurance companies) shell out around $35 Grand for each person who actually gets some protective benefit.

What a racket!

Especially when you consider there’s an easy way to protect yourself from a shingles outbreak.

Dr. Spreen recommends 500 mcg of B-12 daily to guard your nervous system and reduce risk of shingles.

B-12 shots can also treat shingles. Dr. Spreen has some unfortunate first hand experience with that. He curtailed his own bout of shingles in just three days with B-12 shots.

Coincidentally, three days is about the same duration of the disease when it’s treated with intravenous ascorbic acid (IAA). In case you missed it, you can go here to find out more about how IAA stops shingles pain almost immediately.

Meet the Health Sciences Institute

The Health Sciences Institute (HSI) is an independent organization established in 1998. We’re dedicated to uncovering and researching the most urgent advances in modern underground medicine. Things you WON’T hear about in the mainstream.

Whether they come from a laboratory in Malaysia, a clinic in South America, or a university in Germany, our goal is to bring the treatments that work directly to the people who need them. We alert our Members to exciting breakthroughs in medicine, show them exactly where to go to learn more, and help them understand how they and their families can benefit from these powerful discoveries.
