What to expect when…

Can you believe this?!

Serious adverse drug events have increased by 90 percent over the past four years. That’s more than 100,000 cases per year over what the FDA considered “normal” back in 2008.

That’s insane!

But there are other frightening numbers hidden in those hundreds of thousands. They carry a silent warning that needs to become an urgent, thunderous warning immediately.

…you’re expecting

The risks of prescription drugs are well documented — except to the single most vulnerable group — unborn children.

The reason why is obvious. It would be unethical to subject mother and fetus to powerful drugs that could complicate a pregnancy or harm a child with permanent birth defects.

And yet, doctors regularly prescribe drugs to pregnant women. Just look at these shocking numbers…

* Seven in 10 pregnant women in the U.S. take at least one prescription drug.

* The FDA admits that prescription drug use during pregnancy causes more than 15,000 birth defects every year!

But that’s our current drug culture run amok. The use of multiple pharmaceuticals has become such an ordinary thing that doctors seem to assume that unborn kids will be just fine.

Write the prescription and have a good day! (Fingers crossed!)

I think if doctors didn’t assure their pregnant patients it’s safe to take drugs, most of them would never consider it. After all, most of them wouldn’t think of giving their toddlers drugs that had never been tested on children.

So unless a drug is needed to save a mother’s life, why would she even consider giving it to her unborn baby?

She never would, obviously.

And her doctor shouldn’t either. Still 70 percent of pregnant women are taking some Rx regularly…without realizing what that can mean for their little one’s future.

If you know anyone who’s expecting (or trying), please warn them. Fifteen thousand lives (every single year) are depending on it!

Meet the Health Sciences Institute

The Health Sciences Institute (HSI) is an independent organization established in 1998. We’re dedicated to uncovering and researching the most urgent advances in modern underground medicine. Things you WON’T hear about in the mainstream.

Whether they come from a laboratory in Malaysia, a clinic in South America, or a university in Germany, our goal is to bring the treatments that work directly to the people who need them. We alert our Members to exciting breakthroughs in medicine, show them exactly where to go to learn more, and help them understand how they and their families can benefit from these powerful discoveries.
