Increase your vitamin C, lower your risk of heart failure.

Simple as that.

In a recent study, researchers found that subjects with the lowest blood levels of vitamin C had the highest risk of heart failure. Subjects with the highest C had the lowest heart failure risk.

Researchers at Orthomolecular Medicine took those results one step further. They crunched the numbers with CDC heart failure data. Their estimate: Well over 200,000 deaths could be prevented each year if everyone in the U.S. would take steps to get sufficient C intake every day.

Imagine saving enough lives to fill a couple of football stadiums!

And here’s the most remarkable part. No mega-doses of vitamin C are necessary. The OM team estimates that just 500 mg daily is all that would be required.

Of course, we can’t (nor would we) force each citizen to take daily C supplements. But you can probably make that happen in your own home.

And that really is the best place to start when it comes to life-saving supplements.

Meet the Health Sciences Institute

The Health Sciences Institute (HSI) is an independent organization established in 1998. We’re dedicated to uncovering and researching the most urgent advances in modern underground medicine. Things you WON’T hear about in the mainstream.

Whether they come from a laboratory in Malaysia, a clinic in South America, or a university in Germany, our goal is to bring the treatments that work directly to the people who need them. We alert our Members to exciting breakthroughs in medicine, show them exactly where to go to learn more, and help them understand how they and their families can benefit from these powerful discoveries.
