Julio Caesar Chavez, Jr., recently won the WBC middleweight boxing championship, beating former champ Sebastian Zbik.

I’ll be honest — that’s completely meaningless to me. I do love sports but just never got into boxing.

What made this bout interesting though isn’t what happened in the ring. It’s what happened in the stands…the concession stands to be exact.

Next to the busy stands full of hot dogs, burgers, pretzels, etc., there was a much smaller concession marked with a simple sign that said: “Gluten Free.”

I don’t know if a gluten-free concession stand at a boxing match is a sign of the times, or if it’s just an example of forward-thinking California. But one thing seems obvious: This may be the perfect time to have a gluten sensitivity. It appears the gluten-free era has officially arrived!

If you have bothersome digestive issues that have been impossible to diagnose and treat, it could be gluten sensitivity. Find out more here.
