[Discovered] Slash High Blood Pressure With This Exotic “Nut Oil”
If you’ve heard the dreaded words “Your blood pressure is a little high” recently, then you know the drill.
Maybe it’s 135…145…even 150. Suddenly the conversation turns to medication.
A pill to lower it. Maybe another one if that doesn’t work.
Then come the side effects — the fatigue, dizziness, headaches, and swollen ankles.
It makes you wish there was a natural way to nudge those numbers down, without adding another prescription to your daily routine…
Well, your wish has come true.
Recently, researchers discovered a strange, exotic plant oil that lowers blood pressure in just weeks.
It’s delivering the same reductions as many first-line hypertension medications.
But you won’t hear about these study results at your doctor’s office. Here’s why…
The plant behind this discovery is called Sacha Inchi. It’s a star-shaped seed from the Amazon rainforest, and it’s been eaten for centuries in Peru.
Locals sometimes call it the “Inca peanut.”
But scientists today are interested in it for a different reason.
The oil inside these seeds is packed with heart-friendly omega-3 fats, especially one called alpha-linolenic acid (ALA).
And these fats appear to do something very important inside your blood vessels. They help your arteries relax.
When arteries relax and widen, blood flows more easily…And pressure drops.
Researchers recently decided to test this effect in people already struggling with metabolic problems like:
- High blood sugar
- High cholesterol
- And high blood pressure
They recruited 54 adults and divided them into two groups.
One group took 1,000 mg of Sacha Inchi oil every day and the other group received a placebo made from corn oil along with their prescribed medications.
The experiment lasted 12 weeks.
And when researchers measured the results, the difference was clear.
The Sacha Inchi group experienced an average drop of:
- 8.6 points in systolic blood pressure
- 7.0 points in diastolic pressure
To put that into perspective…
Doctors consider a 5–10 point reduction to be clinically meaningful, and it’s often exactly what they hope to achieve with prescription drugs.
But that wasn’t the only improvement.
Participants taking the oil also saw healthier cholesterol numbers, including:
- Lower total cholesterol
- Lower LDL (“bad”) cholesterol
- Higher HDL (“good”) cholesterol
Researchers found that Sacha Inchi also stimulated nitric oxide.
Nitric oxide acts like a signal that tells your blood vessels to loosen up.
But as we age, nitric-oxide production tends to decline.
That’s when arteries stiffen…circulation worsens…and blood pressure climbs.
The omega-3 fats in Sacha Inchi appear to restore this relaxation signal, allowing arteries to widen again.
Think of it like removing a kink from a garden hose. Once the flow opens back up, the pressure drops naturally.
If you’d like to try it yourself, look for a supplement providing about 1,000 mg of Sacha Inchi oil per day.
One option is Organic Sacha Inchi from Peru, which provides 500 mg per capsule.
Taking 2 capsules daily gives you the same 1,000 mg dose used in the study.
Which brings me to why you won’t hear about this at your doctor’s office.
At roughly $36–$39 per bottle, that works out to about: 70–80 cents per day.
Now compare that to prescription blood pressure drugs. Some brand-name versions run well over $100 monthly. And that’s before dealing with potential side effects.
Sacha Inchi is cheap, it can’t be patented, and Big Pharma has zero interest in making your doctor aware of it.
But now you know the truth… and how to get your hands on it.
