Well folks, something shocking just came out.

After decades of us natural health advocates being called “quacks” and “conspiracy theorists,” the medical establishment has finally admitted the ugly truth about American medicine.

A brand-new study published in The Lancet exposes how our system stacks up against other wealthy nations when it comes to preventing chronic disease deaths.

And the results are downright embarrassing

Because guess what?

The United States placed DEAD LAST among high-income Western countries in reducing deaths from chronic diseases.

That’s right—last place. Despite spending more on healthcare than anyone else, our seniors are getting the worst results when it comes to the diseases that matter most: heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and dementia.

Finally, they’re admitting what I’ve been telling you for years: American medicine is failing.

While other countries are lowering deaths from heart disease, cancer, and diabetes, America is sliding backward. Across multiple chronic illnesses, our seniors suffer higher rates than their peers abroad.

We spend more on healthcare than any other nation, yet deliver the WORST results for people over 65.

And here’s the kicker—this isn’t news to those of us who’ve been watching.

Heart disease remains the #1 killer despite billions spent on cardiac drugs. Diabetes rates keep climbing while drug company profits soar. Cancer treatments get more expensive but not more effective. And dementia? Still no pharmaceutical solution.

Meanwhile, countries that invest in prevention and natural approaches are seeing REAL gains. Between 2010 and 2019, chronic disease deaths declined in four out of five nations studied. Not here!

Why? Because our system is designed to treat disease (or heck, symptoms at best!), not prevent it.

There’s no profit in healthy seniors who don’t need drugs and procedures. But there’s endless profit in keeping people sick and dependent.

Look around. How many of your friends are juggling five, ten, or even fifteen prescriptions? How many are getting sicker instead of healthier with age?

When was the last time your doctor mentioned diet, exercise, or stress management—instead of adding another pill?

The truth is, America doesn’t have a healthcare system. We have a disease-management system.

Other countries succeed by emphasizing prevention through lifestyle, nutrition, and natural approaches that support the body instead of suppressing it. Here, we’re told the only “solutions” are those that roll off Big Pharma’s assembly line.

The result? In 2022, obesity plagued 42% of Americans. Hypertension trailed close behind, affecting 32%. Both are preventable. Both respond beautifully to natural methods. But instead of common sense, our doctors prescribe side effects in a bottle.

I’ve said this for decades: Your body wants to heal. But you have to give it the right support.

Instead of waiting for a broken system to change (spoiler: it won’t), take control of your health.

Here’s how:

  • Focus on real food instead of processed junk
  • Move your body daily—even if it’s just walking
  • Manage stress with prayer, meditation, or time in nature
  • Get quality sleep so your body can repair itself
  • Fill nutritional gaps with proven natural supplements
  • Seek out practitioners who understand natural healing

The Lancet’s damning report didn’t surprise me one bit. What surprises me is how long it took for them to admit it.

Don’t wait for the system to save you. They’re too invested in keeping things exactly as they are.

Your health is in YOUR hands. Use the tools nature gave you. Support your body’s healing power.

The countries reducing chronic disease deaths aren’t using more drugs. They’re using more common sense.

It’s time we did the same.

In Your Corner,

Dr. Allan Spreen

Meet the Health Sciences Institute

The Health Sciences Institute (HSI) is an independent organization established in 1998. We’re dedicated to uncovering and researching the most urgent advances in modern underground medicine. Things you WON’T hear about in the mainstream.

Whether they come from a laboratory in Malaysia, a clinic in South America, or a university in Germany, our goal is to bring the treatments that work directly to the people who need them. We alert our Members to exciting breakthroughs in medicine, show them exactly where to go to learn more, and help them understand how they and their families can benefit from these powerful discoveries.
