Simple household item combats dangerous dizzy spells
For most folks, feeling DIZZY happens randomly… with no rhyme-or-reason.

In fact, it’s very simple and the only equipment you need is a chair. Here’s how it works:
- Sit upright in a chair with both feet on the floor.
- Then, raise your knees, with your feet rising off the floor, and lower them back down. You can hold the sides of the chair or raise just one knee at a time if necessary.
- Repeat this move for 30 seconds, then stand.
The theory behind PREACT is simple.
