COFFEE is one of the healthiest things on the planet!

But today, I want to explore a very unique “type” of coffee that can help your body start melting away unwanted pounds unlike a regular old cup of Joe!

Green coffee bean extract isn’t something you can pour into your favorite coffee mug.

But without it, you couldn’t have any coffee!

Green coffee beans, also known as raw coffee beans, are simply coffee beans that are NOT roasted. In fact, all coffee beans are naturally green—it’s the roasting process that browns them.

These green coffee beans are high in a compound called chlorogenic acid. But once roasted at high temperatures (and browned), they lose much of their chlorogenic acid content.

Researchers have now found that the chlorogenic acid, unique to green coffee beans, is a potent and natural weight loss stimulant!

Studies have found that it boosts fat metabolism, lowers cholesterol and triglyceride levels, all of which improve obesity-related hormone levels… meaning LESS belly fat for you!

In a study published in the journal Diabetes, Metabolic Syndrome and Obesity, researchers looked at how green coffee bean extract worked on three groups of overweight adults.

One group took lower doses (350 mg, twice a day), the second took higher doses (350 mg, 3 times a day), and the third took a placebo (3 times a day) for six weeks.

It should also be noted that study participants were encouraged to be physically active—but no dietary changes were recommended.

What they found was shocking.

The study determined that folks who took the green coffee bean extract (both low and high doses) lost an average of 18 POUNDS—which equated to more than 10% of the study participant’s body weight!

Your local barista may have green coffee bean extract—but I wouldn’t count on it.

Instead, go with pure, organic green coffee bean extract—which is generally in capsule form. If you can’t find the extract at your local health food store, many online vitamin and supplement retailers will sell it.

The dosage levels for any green coffee bean extract vary by manufacturer. Just be sure to stick with the recommended dosage clearly listed on the product label.

And remember, you still need to incorporate a healthy diet and exercise into your weight loss routine.
