Constipation can sneak up on you from any number of directions.

But whether it’s a small, isolated bout of constipation… or chronic constipation…

IT’S ALL UNBEARABLE!

And the mainstream ‘solution’ to giving your bowels RELIEF are laxatives.

Sure, they help you “go”, but they come with a boatload of side effects that put your bowels through the WRINGER like cramps, bloating, and even diarrhea.

And then there’s the uber-strength stimulant laxatives that artificially stimulate your intestines, forcing or pushing stool out of your system.

But today I’ve got a better, gentler way to end your constipation (without reaching for laxatives).

The first thing that probably comes to mind with ALOE VERA is skincare—which is true.

But thanks to modern-day research, aloe vera has a new use…

As a gentle, NATURAL laxative for anyone experiencing periodic constipation.

While the ‘gel’ in the aloe plant is most commonly used for medicinal purposes, the outer portion of aloe contains unique compounds called anthraquinones. These have a natural, laxative effect by increasing the amount of fluid in your colon. They even help stimulate colon contractions.

And, get this, anthraquinones are an ingredient found in MANY mainstream laxatives and ‘stimulants.’

But the problem is, Big Pharma has taken anthraquinones, synthesized them, and MASS-PRODUCED these compounds to ensure that their laxatives work too quickly… which leads to the polar opposite of constipation – MASSIVE diarrhea!

But with aloe vera, you can get all of the ‘freedom’ that anthraquinones provide WITHOUT sending your colon into warp speed.

Your best bet to battle constipation is to go with aloe vera juice.

It helps increase the water content in your intestines, which is imperative when it comes to avoiding constipation. And it also helps normalize the healthy bacteria in your gut by keeping your healthy intestinal flora balanced, decreasing your chances of becoming constipated.

If you decide to drink aloe vera juice, it is not something you need to drink frequently throughout the day. Once per day, following the serving size clearly listed on the product label, is all you need to maintain regularity and healthy, hydrated bowels.

If you have a history of constipation or are on any kind of prescription medications, be sure to talk to your doctor first before supplementing with aloe vera juice.

To gentle bowel relief,

Sarah Reagan
