Guys, prostate “woes” make even the manliest-man feel NOT SO MANLY.

Maybe it’s a relentless urge to urinate (day or night) …

Weak, ‘dribbling’ of urine

Frequent pain or stiffness in your lower back and hips…

Or, worse of all… painful sex that can lead to some serious problems in the bedroom.

But, the thing is, chalking these all up to GETTING OLD isn’t the right approach either.

Because ignoring ANY issue with your prostate is a recipe for PROSTATE CANCER.

Luckily, there’s a natural way to address the problem head-on, keep your prostate healthy, and in tip-top working order.

And it’s all thanks to a “Thanksgiving” berry that could not only fend off the risk of ever getting prostate cancer… but practically ELIMINATE IT.

They are popular during Thanksgiving, but cranberries are a powerful, proven weapon against prostate cancer.

A study published in the journal Molecular Nutrition found that guys who consumed more fruits and vegetables had higher survival probability at the 15-year mark… particularly foods rich in proanthocyanidins.

Proanthocyanidins are classified as a powerful, plant-based antioxidant that’s TOXIC to tumor cells… and cranberries are LOADED with them.

So, what does this all have to do with prostate health and prostate cancer?

The tricky thing about prostate cancer is that the warning signs are not always obvious. It’s often diagnosed through a very specific kind of blood test – called a prostate-specific antigen (PSA).

PSA is a protein produced by both cancerous and noncancerous tissue in the prostate. A PSA test can detect high levels of PSA that may indicate the presence of prostate cancer.

But cranberries can lower your PSA levels… and this means significantly lowering your risk of developing – or even ELIMINATING prostate cancer altogether.

In fact, a study in the National Library of Medicine found that the daily consumption of powdered cranberry lowered PSA levels by a WHOPPING 23 percent in patients with prostate cancer.

So, when it comes to total prostate health… don’t skimp on the cranberry!

Cranberry is most often consumed as juice, which is normally sugar-sweetened and blended with other fruit juices. So, if you go the juice route, be sure to read the nutritional labels. Stick to all-natural cranberry juice and only drink the recommended serving size.

If the taste of raw cranberries (or even juice) is too strong for you, you can also purchase cranberry supplements (in capsule form) at your local health or vitamin store.

If you have a history of prostate cancer – or are dealing with any prostate issues – be sure to talk to you doctor about how to best incorporate cranberry into your diet.

To a healthy prostate,

Sarah Reagan
