Forgotten ‘seed’ plummets PROSTATE CANCER risk 40%?!
Guys, keeping tabs on your prostate is extremely important as you age.
Sure, prostate issues may START with some “low flow” in the bathroom…
But the longer you ignore your prostate, it can lead to problems in the bedroom… and even put you on the fast track to PROSTATE CANCER.
To make matters worse, mainstream medicine has wrapped a shroud of FEAR around prostate health – practically insisting that ANY sign of a prostate irregularity requires immediate slicing-and-dicing of your manhood.
But fixing prostate issues – and even fending off prostate cancer – DOESN’T require a trip to the operating room.
A simple seed solution may be all you need…
It sounds “nutty”, but walnuts are actually SEEDS from a deciduous tree of the Juglans family and are considered one of the best foods to lower your cholesterol AND keep your blood sugar in balance.
According to research, walnuts can also help stave off prostate cancer!
A study published in the Journal of Medicinal Food, found that a walnut-rich diet can REDUCE prostate cancer growth by a jaw-dropping 30 to 40%!
Walnuts fight prostate cancer by lower something called IGF-1, which is a protein associated with prostate cancer.
The lower your IGF-1 levels are, the less risk you have of DEVELOPING prostate cancer… not to mention a GREATER chance of a tumor dwindling on its own.
If walnuts aren’t currently part of your diet, it’s easier than ever to start including them.
Just stop by your local grocery store. Walnuts in the bulk (or nuts and seeds) section will do the trick when it comes to boosting your prostate health.
They make a great stand-alone snack, or a crunchy topping on salads.
Another option is walnut oil which can be found at health food stores, or through online health retailers. This oil can be used as a base for your favorite salad dressing, or as an ‘earthy’ tasting topping so one of your favorite side dishes.
Just remember, a typical serving is about the same size as the palm of your hand.
Another important note about walnuts, if you have a history of nut allergies (or even if a nut allergy runs in your family), be sure to talk to your doctor FIRST if you are looking to add walnuts to your diet.
To good prostate health,
