Vitamin D – aka the ‘sunshine vitamin.’

It’s ripe with countless health benefits like helping stop autoimmune disease, preventing cancer, and even reducing your risk of heart disease.

But a study has uncovered a new benefit to getting your daily dose of vitamin D…

And it could VASTLY improve your quality of life now… and for years to come!

If you’re not on the vitamin D train yet, this is the nudge to get started.

A recent study published in the journal Alzheimer’s and Dementia found that brains with MORE vitamin D function better.

This study was led by researchers at Tufts University who looked for vitamin D in four regions of the brain – two associated with changes linked to Alzheimer’s disease, one associated with forms of dementia linked to blood flow, and one region without any known associations with cognitive decline related to Alzheimer’s disease or vascular disease.

The results of their initial study found that high vitamin D levels in all four regions of the brain correlated with better cognitive function.

These are results are from an initial study… with more forthcoming. But these encouraging results show the already vast benefits of vitamin D.

However, there’s just one problem…

MILLIONS of older adults aren’t getting enough vitamin D in their system!

AND mainstream medicine significantly downplays how much vitamin D you need… in fact, the standard guidelines for vitamin D have been WAY TOO LOW.

According to the National Academy of Sciences (NAS) Institute of Medicine (IOM), the recommended intake of vitamin D is somewhere between 400 – 500 milligrams/day.

But after countless studies, researchers at the University of California San Diego and Creighton University concluded that the IOM’s vitamin D recommendations were way off.

By how much, you ask?

Try a whopping 1/10 LESS than what most people need!

Just think about that… for years, mainstream medicine was giving you the ‘wrong’ information.

Vitamin D is an easy-to-take supplement found in most grocery stores, health food stores, and many online retailers.

And of course, you can’t beat getting your daily dose of vitamin D from the sun. So, don’t forget to get outside!

To the benefits of vitamin D,
