Did you know that nearly 10 MILLION people in the U.S. suffer from osteoporosis?

And for many older adults, they often don’t know they have it until it’s too late!

Osteoporosis is a condition in which bones become weak and brittle over time… often with few or no symptoms.

But over time, your bones become so fragile from osteoporosis that it causes life-wrecking falls and bone fractures…

And only THEN do you ‘find out’ you have the disease!

Thing is, once osteoporosis sets in, there’s not enough calcium in the world that can turn back the clock.

But that doesn’t mean you can’t take steps NOW to STOP osteoporosis before it’s too late.

In fact, one of your best weapons could be eating this dried fruit.

According to a study published in the British Journal of Nutrition by joint researchers from Florida State University and Oklahoma State University, eating dried plums could help you prevent you from losing bone density over time.

You probably know dried plums as PRUNES. But, whatever you call them, they could be a game-changing, natural remedy to osteoporosis.

The study found that folks who ate 10 dried plums per day (along with a calcium supplement) had much HIGHER bone density in both their forearm and spine compared to folks who ate dried apples and a calcium supplement.

Many fruits are good for your bones. But unlike other fruits, researchers found dried plums possess a unique ability to suppress the rate of bone breakdown… which means a lesser risk of osteoporosis.

Finding dried plums isn’t difficult. Most grocery stores sell them near the produce section with other dried fruits. Just be sure to opt for a natural variety that doesn’t contain added sugars or sweeteners.

And like most dried fruits – even though they are smaller than regular fruit – stick to the serving size listed on the nutrition label.

If prunes are a turn off to you, consider natto as an alternative to support healthy bones. It’s a unique protein that helps calcium work more effectively.

To strong and healthy bones,
