Do the winter months make your SKIN feel dryer than the Sahara Desert?

Or rougher than a block of sandpaper?

If so, you’re not alone!

In fact, a research study found that six in 10 Americans are plagued by something they call “winter skin syndrome.”

It’s not a disease – but it means millions of Americans say their skin is UNHEALTHY and suffer from regular ITCHING as the temperatures dip during the winter months.

You can lather your skin in lotion and load up on all kind of moisturizing soaps, but if the itching and irritation is still making you go nuts, today I’ve got something else for you to consider.

It’s an invigorating oil that helps stop the itching from the inside out!

It’s called coriander seed oil, and it’s a top source of the omega-12 fatty acid petroselinic acid – a natural inflammation-fighter that a recent study suggests could be helpful for skin-related issues.

Over the course of two months, study participants who had sensitive skin that was prone to itchiness and irritation took real coriander while some took a placebo to determine if coriander would help ease the “itch.”

During the during of the study, researchers put the participant’s skin through the ringer – including one test that involved repeatedly putting medical tape on the skin and then ripping it off…

And another test involved rubbing lactic acid… an irritant known to provoke itchiness… around the nose to force some itchiness.

Believe it or not, the folks who had been taking the coriander seed oil powered through the two-month study with MUCH LESS irritation… making it a potential new weapon against dry and itchy skin and similar problems.

And here’s what’s also great about coriander seed oil.

You don’t have to use it as a lotion, a moisturizer, or a cream.

It’s something you can take as a capsule!

The study used 200 mg per day, but dosages vary by manufacturer, so only take what’s listed on the product label.

And it goes without saying that if you have really irritated skin, to talk to your doctor or dermatologist first to ensure it doesn’t cause an adverse skin reaction.

To relieving your itch,
