Who DOESN’T want a good night’s sleep?

Heck, you might even be tempted to go to EXTREMES to achieve it!

Maybe you cut out caffeine cold turkey…

Treat yourself to world’s comfiest pillows and sheets

Or reconfigure your bedroom to be so dark, even Dracula would be jealous.

But no matter what you try (or buy) you wake up each morning feeling like a ZOMBIE – yearning for just a little bit more shuteye!

Well, friend, today I’ve got something that will help give you some much-needed extra sleep…

But if you time it just right… it can help you get the best night’s sleep you’ve had in ages!

(Hint: It’s not a sleep-aid, or a bedroom gimmick…)

You probably know it as sour cherry juice. But its technical name is Montmorency tart cherry juice.

And a study says drinking it can help improve the quality of your sleep.

Researchers from Louisiana State University found that the cherry juice stops the build-up of brain chemicals that are linked to poor sleep AND reduces inflammation – a major risk factor for insomnia.

But there’s a SLIGHT catch…

The study found that when folks who drank the cherry juice one hour BEFORE bed saw the most improvement in their sleep quality…

To the tune of 84 extra minutes of sleep!

Who wouldn’t sign up for that?!

And here’s more good news…

Getting your hands on Montmorency tart cherry juice isn’t difficult.

Tart cherry juice is extracted from Montmorency cherries, so if you’re on the hunt for the juice at your local grocery or health food store, just look for tart cherry juice.

When shopping, just be sure to opt for ‘pure’ juice… and not concentrates with added sugar.

You also don’t need to drink a lot of tart cherry juice to harness its sleep ‘inducing’ benefits. In fact, just one serving before bed (8 oz. glass) is all you need.

To drinking your way to better sleep,
Sarah Reagan
