The DUMBEST diabetes ‘diet’ advice EVER!
Folks, if you are dealing with type 2 diabetes, you already have ENOUGH on your plate.
Especially when it comes to your DIET! (No pun intended)
And if you ask the so-called experts that are wrapped around Big Food’s finger, they’ll tell you they’ve got your back.
Just walk the aisles at your grocery store and you’ll see plenty of options marked “low sugar,” “sugar-free,” or “diabetes-friendly” …
But a closer look at those labels reveal they are nothing but artificial, processed JUNK masquerading as healthy food.
So much for being in your corner!
And unfortunately, an effective diet for managing your diabetes seems to just get more and more complicated.
Because now there’s a study making rounds that is blatantly misleading…
But today, I’m here to cut through the noise, and give you the harsh TRUTH behind this latest diabetes ‘diet’ advice…
And why it could be the DUMBEST I’ve heard yet!
A recent study is putting a twisted spin on the long-standing truth about the role your diet plays with diabetes.
The headline of the study reads…
“Study: Eating processed food at night raises risk for heart disease death in diabetics.”
Uh, duh? Saying processed food is bad for diabetics is like saying the sky is blue!
But what this study LARGELY implies is that that processed foods are generally okay for diabetics…
As long as you don’t eat them at night!
So let me help clarify…
Folks, if you’re serious about controlling your diabetes – you need to skip the processed stuff altogether! Morning, day, AND night!
Sticking to whole, natural foods like vegetables, fruits, and meats – the stuff you can only find in the outer perimeter of your grocery store – is the only dietary advice you need to effectively manage and control your blood sugar.
Eating processed foods – no matter what time of day – is setting yourself up for failure.
Have a great weekend,
