Gents, no matter what you call it…

Love handles… a spare tire… or beer belly

There’s nothing to be ashamed of if you are carrying a little extra “baggage” around your waistline.

But that doesn’t mean you should shrug it off either.

If you eat right and stay active, you’re on the right path to keeping your belly from ballooning.

But sometimes, even after taking all the RIGHT steps you sometimes need a little “assistance” … especially as you get older.

Because let’s face it… your metabolism isn’t what it used to be!

Well, guys… today I’ve got the scoop on a member of the “mint” family that can help you lose that unwanted belly fat once and for all…

And as an added bonus?

You don’t have to sacrifice your MUSCLE in the process!

Back in January 2014, forskolin was featured on “The Dr. Oz Show.” But I can assure you that this herbal remedy has been around WAY before it’s primetime TV appearance.

Forskolin is an active compound found in the roots of the Indian coleus (Coleus forskohlii), a tropical plant related to mint.

But forskolin has been around for centuries – particularly in Ayurvedic medicine to help suppress coughs, stop insomnia, and even treat skin conditions.

Forskolin has gained tractions with the masses thanks to its ability to help stimulate weight loss (hence the Dr. Oz gig).

But what makes forskolin different than those weight loss supplements you find in pharmacies or big box stores?

For starters, lab studies have determined that forskolin promotes the production of hormone-sensitive lipase, an enzyme that helps reduce the size of fat cells by promoting the breakdown of fats and using them for fuel.

In other words, it helps jumpstart your body’s natural process of using fat for FUEL – not storage.

Now, sometimes when you lose weight, you also lose some muscle – which is something you DON’T want happening.

But male-specific studies on forskolin have found that it can help increase your free testosterone levels that stimulate the release of fat from fat cells and promote an increase in muscle mass.

So you can shed some unwanted body fat without turning “soft.”

A healthy diet and consistent physical activity are the best ways to avoid weight gain and obesity. But forskolin can help if you need a little extra boost.

Forskolin supplements are easy to find – usually at a health food store or vitamin retailer.

If you’re on any type of medications, be sure to talk to your doctor before using forskolin… and with any supplement, only take the dosage listed on the product label.

To losing the love handles,
Sarah Reagan
