Ancient Tea BANISHES Diabetes in 1 MONTH?
Ask mainstream medicine and they’ll tell you that the only way to treat high blood sugar or diabetes is to load up on prescription medication… or tell you to STOP eating the foods you love.
Well, today I’m here to tell you that they’re dead wrong… AGAIN!
Because folks – just like you – have been able to control high blood sugar for thousands of years!
Well before any sort of prescription drug came along!
Don’t believe me?
Then check out the science behind this 3,000-year-old ‘ancient’ tea that can LOWER your blood sugar once-and-for-all… in ONE MONTH.
Natural healers have been using ashwagandha tea for nearly 3,000 years to relieve stress, increase energy levels, and improve concentration.
But today, it’s now being used an effective – and natural – way to lower your blood sugar… WITHOUT any of the side effects that come with mainstream diabetes drugs.
In fact, in a study of folks diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, researchers found that using ashwagandha tea for 30 short days LOWERED participant’s overall blood sugar levels.
I don’t know about you, but drinking tea for a month sure sounds better than taking medication!
So how do you get your hands on this ‘ancient’ tea?
Boxes of convenient, easy-to-brew ashwagandha tea bags are sold at many health food stores and online retailers.
For instance, online retailer Buddha Teas sells ashwagandha tea for less than $10 per box.
I’ve been drinking this tea for years;I like to pair it with other ingredients that are good for your blood sugar like cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. Check out this recipe below:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk of choice (whole, almond, coconut, etc.)
- 1/2 tsp. ground ashwagandha powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- A pinch of ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp. coconut oil
- 1 tsp. honey or maple syrup
Directions:
- Bring the milk to a low simmer, but don’t let it boil.
- Once the milk is hot, whisk in the ashwagandha, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. Gently simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the coconut oil, and pour the mixture into a cup. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup, if desired
