I can’t even imagine what an absolute drag it must be to start out in medicine right now.

You spend YEARS in school… burning through ABSURD piles of cash… and battling CLOSED minds and DATED guidelines.

Then, after you’ve finally earned your white coat… you realize a week into the job that you’re not REALLY a doctor.

You’re the world’s BIGGEST nag!

You spend your days taking readings and looking at lab work… then lining them up to the numbers on the charts.

When they don’t match… you’re supposed to deliver mind-numbing lectures from a pre-approved script (and don’t you DARE deviate).

When the nags don’t work, it’s time for meds… which is how millions of patients end up with “automatic” ongoing prescriptions for drugs for cholesterol, hypertension, and more.

But today, I’ve got a way to duck one of the BIGGEST nags – the one for blood pressure readings that the mainstream doesn’t consider “perfect.”

Hypertension is one of the most HEAVILY medicated conditions in the nation.

But blood pressure-lowering drugs are utter GARBAGE.

They not only make you feel like crud – dizzy, unfocused and weird, maybe with memory loss to boot – they also barely work.

Most shave just a few points off your BP… which is why some seniors aren’t just taking ONE of those drugs.

They’re taking TWO or MORE!

But one recent study reveals a safe way to get the benefits of meds… without ANY of the side effects.

It’s a natural therapy called lycopene.

Already known to FIGHT oxidative stress and BLOCK cancer… it’s also been getting attention as a potential weapon against high blood pressure.

The new study finds that… yes indeed… it delivers.

Overall, the analysis of 10 studies finds that lycopene supplements took, on average, almost 3 points off subjects’ systolic blood pressure (a.k.a. the top number).

That may not sound TOO impressive. But remember, many meds aren’t a heckuva lot better.

Besides, the studies in the analysis were all over the map, which might skew the average. Some looked at people who didn’t have very high blood pressure to begin with… some used lower doses… some were very short-term studies, etc. etc. etc.

In general, however, the HIGHER your blood pressure to begin with… the BIGGER the benefit of lycopene…

With some studies finding it can cut nearly 10 points off your top number.

Now we’re talking!

You can find lycopene in pink/red fruits and veggies you might be already planning to include in your Memorial Day BBQ…

Like watermelon… tomatoes… and papayas.

But to get THESE kinds of benefits in the study I just mentioned… you’ll need a supplement.

Just don’t stop with lycopene…

Because minerals like magnesium and potassium… as well as a daily walk… could also help cut blood pressure.

And if you do all those things together… you might NEVER hear your doctor nag you about your BP again.

Believe me: He’ll be as happy about that as you!

Meet the Health Sciences Institute

The Health Sciences Institute (HSI) is an independent organization established in 1998. We’re dedicated to uncovering and researching the most urgent advances in modern underground medicine. Things you WON’T hear about in the mainstream.

Whether they come from a laboratory in Malaysia, a clinic in South America, or a university in Germany, our goal is to bring the treatments that work directly to the people who need them. We alert our Members to exciting breakthroughs in medicine, show them exactly where to go to learn more, and help them understand how they and their families can benefit from these powerful discoveries.
