The older we get… the more we worry about our cancer risk.

It can seem like all the “expert advice” out there is about what to AVOID to keep cancer at bay

Which puts us purely on the DEFENSIVE.

Friend, that’s only HALF the equation.

Because we also need an OFFENSIVE tactic for more complete cancer protection!

If you’re looking to be more PROACTIVE about improving your odds against cancer… I’ve got good news for you today.

Because there’s a 3-step solution supported by the latest science – and it could help older folks stay cancer-free as they age.

A group of researchers from around the world got together to look at what might STAVE OFF a cancer diagnosis in older folks over age 70 (which is considered the peak of age-related cancer risk).

And what they came up with isn’t rocket science.

It’s not any drug, either.

According to the results of a clinical trial, it’s a 3-part plan that includes factors we have control over

Could do at home in just minutes

And won’t cost more than just pennies a day.

I’m talking about…

  • vitamin D
  • omega-3 fatty acids (like in fish oil supplements)
  • exercise.

Now, most studies out there look at a single intervention to see its impact on cancer.

But since we know that this disease is often caused by a “perfect storm” of events working together… it makes sense to take on a multi-pronged approach to fight it off.

The researchers of this latest study did BOTH.

When participants only took on ONE of these therapies individually, their cancer risk did go down somewhat.

The vitamin D group was 24% less likely to be diagnosed with cancer… the omega-3 group was 30% less likely… and the exercise-only group was 26% less likely, compared to the control group.

That confirms what prior research has found…

Including how supplementing with vitamin D could help beat back cancer progression

And how taking fish oil supplements rich in omega-3s could help TAKE DOWN the disease.

And a 2016 study found that leisure-time physical activity was associated with a lower risk of 13 different types of cancer.

But this gets better…

Combining 2 of the therapies I just mentioned reduced cancer risk EVEN MORE:

  • D + omega-3s = 47% reduced risk
  • D + exercise = 44% reduced risk
  • omega-3s + exercise = 48% reduced risk.

Here’s where these therapies were able to REALLY shine…

Because the folks in the study who followed a regimen consisting of ALL 3 of these… cancer risk was a whopping 61% lower!

If you’d like to follow a daily routine that’s similar to the study subjects, you should know that they took 1,000 IU of vitamin D3 plus 1 gram of omega3s (containing 500 mg of EPA and DHA in a ratio of 1:2)… and they engaged in a simple home exercise program.

The exercises were relatively easy, focusing on building strength

Like standing on one leg… taking steps… alternating between a seated and standing pose… and using resistance bands.

Talk to your doc or physical therapist about what activities might be best for you to take on at home… especially if you have any mobility issues or chronic pain.

And be aware that omega-3s could act as a natural blood thinner… so be careful when combining them with any other supplements or drugs with the same type of action.

To staying cancer-free,
Sarah Reagan

Meet the Health Sciences Institute

The Health Sciences Institute (HSI) is an independent organization established in 1998. We’re dedicated to uncovering and researching the most urgent advances in modern underground medicine. Things you WON’T hear about in the mainstream.

Whether they come from a laboratory in Malaysia, a clinic in South America, or a university in Germany, our goal is to bring the treatments that work directly to the people who need them. We alert our Members to exciting breakthroughs in medicine, show them exactly where to go to learn more, and help them understand how they and their families can benefit from these powerful discoveries.
