Friend, while YOU’RE getting older… so are your blood vessels.

That’s why as you age, your blood flow takes MORE EFFORT.

Sometimes, even blood pressure goes up.

It’s all a part of what scientists call “vascular decline”…

And it could affect not only your heart health… but also vision… brainpower… and even muscle strength.

And no matter how MUCH or how HARD you exercise… it might not help you get your strength back.

But it may be possible to TURN BACK THE CLOCK on aging vessels…

And the key to your vessels AGING IN REVERSE may be a humble vitamin.

There’s a form of vitamin B3 called nicotinamide mononucleotide, or NMN for short.

It’s probably best-known as a precursor to the molecule NAD+… which evidence shows could help BEAT BACK aging and even EXTEND longevity.

But it turns out that NMN could do something specifically for vessel health in older folks…

And it could help keep frailty at bay.

According to a 2018 animal study out of UPenn, that’s because supplementing with NMN could help increase levels of the enzyme sirtuin 1 (a.k.a. SIRT1).

Now, you’ve read before right here in eAlert how there’s an “anti-aging gene” or “youth gene” called SIRT1.

Well, the enzyme SIRT1 is influenced by the expression of the SIRT1 gene…

But in older folks, levels of that enzyme could PLUMMET.

As a result, the process of angiogenesis – or the creation of brand-new blood vessels – could also take a NOSEDIVE.

But NMN could help REPLENISH healthy levels of this enzyme…

And in that study I just mentioned, it helped RESTART new vessel growth.

In fact, at the end of the 2-month study, the “old” mice showed a capillary count and density that would normally be seen in MUCH YOUNGER mice.

Even better, their exercise endurance improved by up to 80%.

Now, there’s no GUARANTEE that taking NMN supplements could do the same for you.

After all, you’re not a mouse…

And there haven’t been clinical trials yet to determine the ideal dosage in humans to get the same kind of benefit.

But the area of NAD+ precursors has generated A LOT of interest in the scientific community in recent times…

As have sirtuins like SIRT1.

So I don’t think you’ll have to wait long for more evidence to back up these findings.

In fact, a human study published earlier this year found that NMN supplementation among older Japanese folks helped IMPROVE physical performance… and REDUCE fatigue.

The dosage in that study was 250 mg daily, taken in the afternoon.

If your doc says it’s safe for you to try, look for an NMN supplement from a quality maker at your local health food store or online.

Meet the Health Sciences Institute

The Health Sciences Institute (HSI) is an independent organization established in 1998. We’re dedicated to uncovering and researching the most urgent advances in modern underground medicine. Things you WON’T hear about in the mainstream.

Whether they come from a laboratory in Malaysia, a clinic in South America, or a university in Germany, our goal is to bring the treatments that work directly to the people who need them. We alert our Members to exciting breakthroughs in medicine, show them exactly where to go to learn more, and help them understand how they and their families can benefit from these powerful discoveries.
