In fact, we’re increasingly finding out how artificial light could be a culprit behind an ending that comes too soon.

That means that the more of a “techie” you are… the SHORTER you may live!

Too much of THIS light could turn out your life light FOREVER

Friend, we’re CONSTANTLY being exposed to an ONSLAUGHT of high-energy light waves known as “blue light.”

I’m talking your flatscreen TV… your laptop and tablet… and your cell phone, too.

We already know how this “blue light” could disrupt your sleep… and even steal your vision

But now we’re finding out that it could actually contribute to CUTTING your life SHORT!

In a recent study on fruitflies, just 12 hours of blue light exposure shortened lifespans by 10%.

Test subjects exposed to blue light also shoed eye damageneurodegeneration… and motor function impairments.

There’s something even scarier that came out of this study…

Even the flies that had been bred to have no eyes STILL showed MAJOR damage from the blue light!

So, it’s not just about the blue light you can SEE… but what you’re exposed to even when your eyes are closed (like when you’re sleeping).

Now, you’re not a fruitfly…

But those little critters are strikingly similar to animals and humans. That’s why researchers often use them in scientific studies BEFORE testing on people.

The telecommunications and electronics industries will argue that blue light is perfectly safe for you.

They’re wrong.

Don’t worry – you don’t have to spend the rest of your (hopefully long) life in a dark room with no tech gadgets.

Just take some steps to reduce your exposure to blue light, including:

  • SWITCH to “night mode” or “dark mode” on your phone and tablet at least a couple of hours before bed.
  • DOWNLOAD blue light-blocking software for your devices.
  • INVEST in a blue light-blocking screen protector or a pair of blue-blocking glasses (usually an amber color and lightweight plastic).
  • REPLACE your LED lighting with incandescent bulbs, as even lights that LOOK white may contain a high concentration of blue waves.
  • REDUCE light emissions in your bedroom while you sleep, by turning your devices completely “off.”

If you must use LED bulbs, choose the “warm white” variety, which contains less blue light.

And lutein has been shown to EXTEND the lifespan of the same type of fruitflies that aged prematurely when exposed to blue light in the study above!
