Friend, if you could do it all over again… would you?

You’ve PAID your dues… you’ve EARNED your keep… and you’re all the WISER for it.

As they say, if you only knew THEN what you know NOW!

Well, I’ve got good news for you today – because you don’t have to choose between wisdom and youth.

Aging doesn’t have to make you “old”… because with each candle that gets added to your birthday cake, you can make every year the best yet.

You could even THINK… FEEL… and even LOOK like your younger self!

The secret could be an ancient herb that works its magic both inside and out.

I’m talking about a SHARP mindCLEAR, SMOOTH skinBETTER blood flow… and more.

Here’s what could help keep you young well into your “golden years.”

EXTEND your youthfulness

In Ayurvedic medicine, gotu kola (Centella asiatica) is known as “Brahmi” – an herb that can REJUVENATE many parts of the mind and body.

Sri Lankans even refer to it as an “herb of longevity.”

You’ve read before right here in eAlert how this herb could help keep your brain young… and has helped improve memory in studies.

Well, it turns out its ability to DEFY aging also extends to your aging skin!

Koreans have discovered gotu kola’s cosmetic benefits… and have included it in a type of moisturizer called “cica cream.”

And now, the Western Hemisphere is finally starting to take notice – including France, where you can find gotu kola as the star ingredient in “Madécassol cream.”

It’s named after the key compound in gotu kola… an antioxidant called madecassoside.

When used topically, gotu kola helps BEAT BACK oxidative damage – including skin damage from sun exposure.

You know, the wrinkles… the discoloration… the unpleasant texture… all that good stuff that comes with aging.

According to a 2013 study out of Korea, madecassoside could help HALT excess production of melanin pigment in your skin, often caused by UV rays and inflammation.

In that study, the results were significant after just 8 weeks.

Even better, because gotu kola can help promote the production of collagen… it also could help REPAIR the damage that’s already been done.

Its ability to heal wounds is so powerful… it could even help make stretch marks and scars DISAPPEAR!

That collagen-boosting action could be attributed to gotu kola’s content of another compound, called asiaticoside

Which science has shown could help SMOOTH OUT wrinkles, especially those around the eyes.

But gotu kola doesn’t stop there when it comes to helping you look… and feel… younger as you age.

Because this herb could also help LUBRICATE and CUSHION aging joints.

It’s also shown to help REPAIR aging veins… even effective in cases of venous insufficiency.

That means it could help ERASE varicose veins!

Those are cases, however, where you’ll need to actually take gotu kola supplements instead of using a cream (as is the case with its memory-boosting potential).

On beauty products, you’re more likely to see gotu kola listed in the ingredients by its scientific name, Centella asiatica, or just “centella.”

You may see it combined with vitamin C (another skin lightener) or moisturizing ingredients like hyaluronic acid.

As with anything you’re putting on your skin, conduct a patch test first to make sure you don’t have a negative reaction.

But gotu kola is often recommended especially for those with sensitive skin.

To aging gracefully,
Sarah Reagan

The Health Sciences Institute (HSI) is an independent organization established in 1998. We’re dedicated to uncovering and researching the most urgent advances in modern underground medicine. Things you WON’T hear about in the mainstream.

Whether they come from a laboratory in Malaysia, a clinic in South America, or a university in Germany, our goal is to bring the treatments that work directly to the people who need them. We alert our Members to exciting breakthroughs in medicine, show them exactly where to go to learn more, and help them understand how they and their families can benefit from these powerful discoveries.
