If you’ve been struggling with obesity, you’ve got no shortage of advice.

EVERYONE seems to know just the right way for you to lose weight

But what they don’t understand is that you’ve tried EVERYTHING.

And nothing seems to work.

Friend, there’s NO single trick to beating back obesity – because that weight will CLING to you and try to NEVER let go.

But there are small changes you can make to start moving in the right direction.

One of them is a simple nutrient that we ALL should be getting… but that obese folks don’t get nearly enough of.

If you’re already loading up on seafood (like oysters, tuna, sardines, shrimp)… organ meats (like beef liver)… or Brazil nuts

You might be getting SOME of what you need.

But if you’re over 55, you may need EVEN MORE.

Here’s what to look for… and how to get just the right amount.

Turn fat into LEAN muscle?

Selenium is an ESSENTIAL trace element… which means we’ve GOT to get it through our diets or by taking supplements.

It’s been shown to contribute to healthy aging through DNA repair

But it ALSO has been shown to benefit obesity.

For starters, it contributes to thyroid health – as your body uses selenium to convert the “inactive” thyroid hormone, T4, into the active version, T3.

And an underactive thyroid could certainly contribute to weight gain.

There appears to be even more going on, though…

Because in a 2020 pilot study on folks with obesity, supplementing with selenium was associated with a significant reduction in fat!

And all it took was just 3 months… with ZERO diet changes or extra exercise routine.

Imagine seeing IMPROVED body composition

By eating as few as 2 Brazil nuts daily!

Because that’s all it could take to get your selenium levels to stay OPTIMAL.

But tread lightly with this one – because too much selenium (like the amount in around 50 Brazil nuts) can be toxic!

If you have any question about what your selenium status is, your doc can easily check your levels…

And if they’re low, look for a multivitamin that contains selenium… or a selenium supplement on its own.

Just make sure it’s the version your body can most easily absorb, selenomethionine.

To not going nuts over trying to lose weight,
