It doesn’t take much these days to make our blood pressure spike.

This year has been one of the most stressful ones we can remember in recent times…

And it’s no wonder that our bodies would respond accordingly.

But for some folks, those numbers can tend to be a little on the high side no matter what the occasion… day or night.

For them, it’s not just a matter of “calming down.”

There could be a CHEMICAL that won’t let their blood vessels take a break!

Fortunately, there’s a way to hit the brakes on this signal… and get your blood flowing EFFORTLESSLY.

It’s a spice rack staple that’s got a secret superpower…

And you won’t believe how well it can take the “pressure” off!

A ‘chill pill’ for your arteries

The TASTE of celery may not get you very excited… but I’m about to change how you look at those green stalks in the produce aisle.

Because hidden inside the celery plant (Apium graveolens) is a MIRACLE SEED that can change your life.

It’s no wonder that King Tut was buried in his tomb with parts of the plant… all the way back 1323 B.C.!

In fact, the seeds inside the plant’s flowers may be one of the most UNDERESTIMATED natural healers out there.

Celery seed is much MORE than a humble spice, though it is a pantry staple for many folks who like to cook.

Turns out it’s also a blood flow HERO!

It’s been used for AGES in ancient medical traditions like Ayurveda for its ability to ease water retention

And holding onto excess water is one of the biggest culprits behind high blood pressure.

That’s why your doc may prescribe a diuretic… or “water pill”… to bring those numbers down.

But celery seed has got another trick up its sleeve…

It BLOCKS the ions that tell the cells in your artery walls to contract.

That’s right – it’s a calcium channel blocker, just like a major class of commonly used BP meds!

Helping your arteries relax keeps them wide… and paves the way for blood to flow without too much pressure.

Research shows that the relaxing property of celery seed (a.k.a. “vasorelaxant”) has something to do with a compound it contains, 3-n-butylphthalide.

Let’s call it NBP for short.

In one human study, researchers gave middle-aged folks 75 mg of a celery seed extract standardized to 85% NBP, twice daily…

And keeping up with that routine for just 6 weeks was enough to shave more than 8 points off the systolic (or “top”) number and 8.5 points off the diastolic (or “bottom”) number.

According to a 2013 study on rats, NBP only affects those with high BP to start with. In fact, it didn’t TOUCH blood pressure numbers that were already PERFECT.

That tells me that we don’t need to worry about celery seed making BP numbers drop too low…

Which is one of the BIGGEST risks associated with Big Pharma’s BP meds!

The authors of that study concluded something else, too…

It’s not just NBP that helps PERFECT blood pressure numbers that start out on the high side. It’s ALSO the OTHER chemicals and compounds found in celery seed!

Fortunately, you can get everything you need from celery in supplement form at your local health food store or online.

Look for one standardized to contain 85% phthalides, of which NBP is the predominant one.

You may see the product label refer to NBP as 3nB, which is the most refined and reliable source of celery seed out there.
