But it’s also a powerful antioxidant that can reduce oxidative stress. 

And when you’ve got breast cancer, oxidative stress can lead to the release of a substance known as lactate. 

Cancer cells just LOVE to gobble up lactate. When they eat it, it supercharges them.  

The cancer gets stronger and more aggressive… and YOU get weaker. 

The way cancer cells get lactate is via a protein called MCT4. If your levels of MCT4 are high, you haven’t got a fighting chance against a tumor that’s eating its way through you. 

But in a recent study, NAC was able to reduce levels of MCT4 in breast cancer patients awaiting surgery by 80%. 

Researchers found that this antioxidant SABOTAGED the feeding behaviors of the cancer cells in tumors – and as a result, the cells didn’t have enough energy to GROW or MULTIPLY.

In the study, the breast cancer patients received 150 mg of NAC intravenously once a week and 600 mg twice daily orally on the other days of the week.
