For more than a year I’ve been telling you about California’s SB 277 — the most dangerous, dictatorial vaccine law in U.S. history.

California kids are thrown out of school if they don’t have all 30-plus vaccines the CDC recommends. And not only public schools, but private ones and daycare as well!

And forget objecting to vaccines on religious grounds — California threw that right out the window.

But now, a group of lawyers from all around the country are trying to stop this insane law and restore some common sense in the Golden State.

This law, they say, violates the U.S. Constitution and discriminates against children in denying them their right to an education.

And their lawsuit has also uncovered a shady ploy by California health officials — one that parents aren’t being told about and that puts thousands of kids in harm’s way.

‘Special interest politics’

“Jason” is a little boy who can only get around in a wheelchair.

He became paralyzed after a round of vaccines when he was 17 months old. And when he reaches the seventh grade, he’ll be expelled from school unless he receives even more vaccines.

“Amy” has a traumatic brain injury and needs special education and speech classes. And she’s going to be denied both unless her mother allows her to be pumped full of several different vaccines.

These are just two of the plaintiffs in the lawsuit seeking to strike down California’s vaccine mandate. Other plaintiffs include parents who don’t want their kids injected with aluminum, aborted fetal cells, and other dangerous vaccine ingredients.

The lawsuit, filed against the state of California, its Department of Education, as well as its Health Department, claims the legislation was enacted “at the intersection of irrational panic and special interest politics.”

And boy, is that ever true.

As I told you last year, SB 277 was spearheaded by a Big Pharma puppet who put it all into action — Senator Richard Pan. He just happens to have been the top recipient of pharmaceutical industry payments to the California Legislature the year before all this came down.

And even though California parents were assured that any child who was too sick to be vaccinated could receive a medical exemption and stay in school, it looks like even that was a lie. And many parents are learning about that the hard way.

The lawsuit uncovered that local health departments are “misleading” and “intimidating” doctors into refusing to issue medical exemptions.

For example, emails were discovered from a Dr. Charity Dean at the Santa Barbara Department of Public Health (one of the defendants), directing local schools to submit all exemptions to them for a “comprehensive review.”

Not only does that violate privacy laws, but no health department has the legal authority to “evaluate or override medical exemptions.” It looks like state officials have become so tyrannical that doctors are now in fear of losing their license should they attempt to do what the law said they would be allowed to.

As the complaint said, tens of thousands of innocent California children are being denied access to schools and daycare and being put in “permanent quarantine.” And these are kids who are neither “infectious nor contagious.”

Look, California parents and grandparents have been lied to long enough about vaccine risks and SB 277.

Now they’re going to have their day in court. And let’s hope this law is struck down and families get the justice they deserve.
