An unexpected breakthrough that could save your sight
It’s becoming one of those “what can’t it do?!” supplements.
And now there’s one more great reason to add a high-quality fish oil to your daily regimen (or to make sure you’re good about taking yours every day).
Previous research has shown that omega-3 fatty acids in fish oil can help prevent age-related macular degeneration. We also know omega-3 can help slow AMD progression.
But now, for the first time, research shows that omega-3 can actually reverse AMD and improve your eyesight.
I’m not sure it’s possible for me to get the full power of that message through in an email without using a hundred exclamation points.
So let me just repeat it: Omega-3 can reverse AMD and help give you back your sight.
Eye chart refocus
Technically, there’s no cure for dry AMD — the most common form of the disease. (Wet AMD is the advanced form that often leads to blindness.)
But in this study, 25 dry AMD patients took high doses of fish oil daily — 3,400 mg of EPA and 1,600 mg of DHA.
Within six months, one-third of the patients were able to read eye chart letters that were three times smaller than at the start of the study. Another third could read two lines smaller, and the final third could read one line smaller.
In fact, every single patient saw their vision improve. From something as simple as fish oil.
So what are you waiting for?
