When I saw this headline: “Sex is Good, not Great, Exercise: Study,” I laughed aloud.

Researchers determined (I’ll spare you the details of HOW) that men burn about 100 calories during sex, and women burn about 70, on average.

Comparatively, jogging for 30 minutes burns well over twice the calories for both men and women.

So in the calorie-burning category, sex is…not so great.

So if that’s the reason you were doing it, stop right now and lace up your running shoes.

But assuming it wasn’t, be glad you’re burning up that many calories doing something you probably enjoy a bit more than jogging.

Meet the Health Sciences Institute

The Health Sciences Institute (HSI) is an independent organization established in 1998. We’re dedicated to uncovering and researching the most urgent advances in modern underground medicine. Things you WON’T hear about in the mainstream.

Whether they come from a laboratory in Malaysia, a clinic in South America, or a university in Germany, our goal is to bring the treatments that work directly to the people who need them. We alert our Members to exciting breakthroughs in medicine, show them exactly where to go to learn more, and help them understand how they and their families can benefit from these powerful discoveries.
